ACCOUNTING POSITION
Full-Time. Salary. In-House.

 
About the Role: 

We are seeking an accounting professional to join our stable, diverse and creative team. As our internal accountant you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal financial activities by ensuring efficient communication, coordination, and accuracy of various tasks and documents.

 

·       Accounts Payable and Receivable

·       Bi-Monthly Project Invoicing

·       Payroll 

·       Financial Record Maintenance 

·       Monthly Financial Reports

·       Coordination with our external CPA 

·       Coordination with our external Financial Consultant 

 

·       Logical with strong problem solving and analytical skills

·       Attention to detail and accuracy with financial data  

·       Strong time management skills and results oriented  

·       Personal accountability in thoroughly completing projects  

·       Consistently processes data in a timely manner  

·       Factual and direct communication skills 

·       Enjoys work of a technical nature 

·       Balances independence and working within a stable structured environment 

·       Will work closely with the leadership team on special projects

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks running concurrently 

·       Maintain all financial data in an organized and clear manner   

·       Dedicated to the work and the company 

·       Preparation of financial data and collaboration with our external consultants 

·       Collaboration with the internal project managers for project invoicing 

Requirements:

·       3 + years proven experience in a similar capacity

·       Bachelor’s or Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field a plus 

·       Expertise with Ajera a plus
